All items carry a 1 Year Carry in Warranty unless otherwise stated. 

please note that extended manufacturer warranty may apply and is subject to the terms and conditions the manufacturer or supplier may impose. these with be stated in a leaflet or booklet inside the packaging. Please make yourself aware of any such terms and conditions.

In the unlikely event a product is defective the product must be returned to us and will be repaired or replaced.

The following will NOT be regarded as defects and will not entitle you to a return

Damage arising from negligence or abuse or incorrect usage.

Normal wear and tear

Damage from electrical surges or corrosion

Damage from inadequate care of product

Damage due to unauthorized alterations.

where the specs of a product , although accurately described on our site and fit for its purpose do not suit you.

Shipping costs will be payable by the client unless otherwise agreed to by both parties

Any unwanted items returned by customer may incur a restocking or handling fee of up  to 20% as provided by the Consumer Protection Act. These returns will only be accepted if within 7 days.

No refunds or exchanges will be done if the product is not in its original unopened packaging.
